The Ugly Stepsister (4K UHD) USED

ALL MENUS ARE IN GERMAN

Description: Elvira (Lea Myren) is fed up with living in the shadow of her stunningly beautiful stepsister Agnes (Thea Sofie Loch Nss). She’ll stop at nothing to catch the eye of Prince Julian (Isac Calmroth), the most eligible bachelor in the entire kingdom. Using blood, sweat, and tears, Elvira will stop at nothing to win the prince’s heart. With her feature film debut, Norwegian director and screenwriter Emilie Blichfeldt presents a furious take on the classic Cinderella story, which, beneath the guise of tongue-in-cheek body horror, explores timelessly relevant questions about body image and the perception of beauty. Newcomer Lea Myren shines as Elvira in her first film role alongside Thea Sofie Loch Nss (“The Last Kingdom”), who plays her beautiful stepsister Agnes. The role of their mother is played by Ane Dahl Torp (“The Wave”).
